Maricopa Home Community

Maricopa:

Maricopa, once a small farming town, has grown into Pinal County's largest city. In the past few years, farms and pecan Groves have given way to paved roads,  new rooftops and endless opportunites for residents.  Incorporated just 6 years ago in 2003, new retail, schools, restaurants and conveniences are springing up all around the city.

Surrounded by desert,  farm land and mountain views, Maricopa is situated 15 miles west of I-10 and 15 miles North of I-8.  Maricopa is just a 30 mile drive to downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport and a close  commute to Ahwatukee, South Tempe,  Chandler, and Casa Grande

The City of Maricopa is serviced by both the Casa Grande Public School and Maricopa Unified School District.  Legacy Traditional School is a charter school servicing the area and is rated an "Arizona Highly Performing" school.  Greysmark Academy offers private education for grades K-3 and private tutoring for grades K-8.

Know for it's well designed, yet affordable communities,  45,751 residents call Maricopa home.  The Golf Course community of Rancho El Dorado was the first master-planned community to develop in Maricopa.  In the years to follow, numerous other developers followed suit with thoughtful planning of neighborhoods that encourage a sense of community with parks, walking trails and playgrounds.

Maricopa is also home to the active adult community of Province, voted "Best Active Adult Community" in the Country.  Offering the best in active adult living with a spectacular 32,000 sq. ft. club house,  pools, library, tennis, state-of-the-art fitness center and other amenities.  Province also  features over  175 acres of lakes, parks and open space and has easy access to The Duke Golf Course and Club.
